Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex and busy schedules
- Perform planning, logistics, and operations work
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Coordinate individual and group travel
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide administrative support in various capacities, including data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence
- Organize meetings and summits from start to finish
- Phone call screening, correspondence, and document preparation, bill payment, record keeping
- Varying errands as needed
- Create and maintain personal action items, to-do lists, and follow up and follow through proactively
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent judgment in handling confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be authorized to work in the country in which the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Standard starting compensation is commensurate with experience. Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance.
