Position Overview:
Crawlspace Medic is on the lookout for a dedicated and diligent individual to support our production teams. The primary responsibility of the Construction Laborer is to assist Crew Leaders in executing repair tasks as scheduled by our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in structural and moisture repair work.
  • Manage tool inventory and perform various errands as needed.
  • Engage in light carpentry, plumbing, and masonry tasks.
  • Transport materials as required.

Compensation:
Competitive base pay based on experience and skill level, with additional bonuses linked to production performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in construction and repair, especially in crawlspace environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying duties throughout the day.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to achieving and surpassing job-related goals.
  • The physical capability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
