Job Description

At Bayne Development Group, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing complete estimates and proposals for various commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
