About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to join our team at Infinity Ventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our facilities, ensuring seamless project coordination, and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement infrastructure projects, including relocation measures, to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Develop and execute EU-wide public procurement procedures to secure the best value for our organization.
  • Participate in construction projects, including maintenance of building structures, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and representation in all non-technical facility management tasks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completed university degree in facility management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in facility management and construction, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ticket system tools, such as Jira.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
