Job Title: Electrical Superintendent - Project Manager Liaison

As an Electrical Superintendent with Aerotek, you will work closely with Project Managers, customers, and other management teams to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily.

Maintain a thorough understanding of plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope to ensure successful project execution.

Plan and implement the layout and installation of electrical systems in accordance with job specifications, attending coordination meetings as required and providing necessary information.

Receive and review weekly job assignments, and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager.

Assist in monitoring and documenting job progress using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager.

Provide the workforce with current and accurate information generated by the Project Manager, including RFIs, memorandums, and other communication devices.

Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to the job crew, applying knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as needed.

Order daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders through the Project Manager.

Monitor and track employee work time as necessary, assisting the Project Manager and workforce in proper time card coding.

Be available to the team for questions regarding tasks being performed, ensuring the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday.

Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by regulatory agencies.

Responsibly manage assigned truck, tools, and equipment.
