Job Summary:

The Town of Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Ice Skating Rink Security Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our ice skating rink during public sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce skating rink rules and regulations while on and off the ice
  • Monitor ice skaters and provide assistance as needed
  • Administer first aid and ensure prompt medical attention for injured individuals
  • Sweep and maintain areas used by the public after sessions
  • Issue ice skates through the rental window as needed

Requirements:

  • Approximately 15 hours of work per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
