Position Overview

St. Joseph Hospice is in search of a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Liaison (RN) to enhance our healthcare services.

The Clinical Liaison (RN) will play a crucial role in collaborating with healthcare providers, case management teams, and families to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients in need of hospice services.

We are looking for an individual with a robust clinical background, knowledge of insurance processes, and exceptional communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Louisiana with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess a professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility, self-motivation, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are mandatory, along with an active clinical license.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
  • Experience in hospice or home health settings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HCS Interactant software is a plus, though not required.
