Daily Responsibilities:
As a representative, you will:
  • Provide outstanding support to members regarding sales and service functions, including managing insurance policies and processing transactions.
  • Generate leads and inform members about travel and insurance promotions.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to agents when necessary.
  • Assist Travel and Insurance Agents during peak times and contribute to training less experienced staff.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote insurance and travel offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage member complaints and seek management assistance when needed.
  • Participate in community events and office initiatives aimed at increasing product awareness.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our representatives earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.97 to $24.83, along with performance-based incentives and potential annual bonuses.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
  • Active State Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • Experience in managing insurance policies and processing applications.
  • Familiarity with sales of insurance and travel products.
  • Proficient in computer applications and web-based operations.
