Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of refrigeration and HVAC services for assigned branches, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Run calls and serve as a technical resource and mentor to other technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in managing the Service Profit and Loss (P/L) for assigned branches, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to customer calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Manage call volume, scheduling, and dispatching of technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry.
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
