We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team at Monticello West. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Notify the nurse on duty and Director of Nursing about any changes in residents' conditions
  • Assist with meal service, including setup, taking orders, serving, and busing tables
  • Participate in activities and events, and assist residents in getting to scheduled appointments
  • Perform lifting requirements up to 40 pounds or more, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management staff

  • Competitive hourly rate: $15 to $18, depending on experience
