VitalCaring Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Specialist, RN to join our team. As a Clinical Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of patient diagnoses, ICD codes, and OASIS documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with frontline caregivers and branch leadership to review and edit documentation
* Completing workflow tasks and assignments in the EMR system
* Editing and locking OASIS to facilitate timely billing submission
* Assigning diagnosis and codes according to coding guidelines and conventions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A current RN license and valid state driver's license
* A minimum of five years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in home health
* Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
* Working knowledge of Medicare payment and reimbursement guidelines
* Knowledge of medical terminology and home health coding
