About the RoleThis is a part-time to full-time position, with flexible hours and paid training. You will work with a diverse range of children and families, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide in-home behavioral intervention and support to children affected by autism and their families
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to help children achieve their goals
- Work with children and families to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive support
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma and at least one completed college course, or an associate's degree or bachelor's degree
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
