Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Field Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of technical issues and solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, and networking.
