Job Summary:

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at various facilities in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
  • Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
  • Administer and verify medications, track use and effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Track residents' medical records and charts
  • Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain medical supplies and inventory
  • Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
