Registered Nurse

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our temporary pool for per diem, part-time, and full-time positions across all specialties. As a member of our team, you will be part of a select group committed to delivering superior care.
Key Responsibilities- Varies depending on department
- Interacts with colleagues, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the organization
- ADN or BSN Degree preferred within three years
- Current PA Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS Certification, ACLS preferred, through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Previous hospital experience preferred
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson Health for employees working at our clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
Background ChecksSince this position will require regular contact with children, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three checks are completed satisfactorily.
