Position Overview:
Join AMR Corp. as a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Firefighter. This role is crucial in providing both emergency medical services and fire suppression duties, ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fire safety inspections and engage in public education initiatives.
  • Respond to emergency fire alarms and execute fire suppression tactics effectively.
  • Operate fire apparatus and various firefighting equipment.
  • Provide emergency medical care, assessing situations and transporting patients as necessary.
  • Document all actions taken during emergency responses and maintain accurate reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training and drills to enhance skills and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • IL certified BOF and EMT-P / Paramedic certification.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean background check.
  • Physical fitness and agility to perform job duties effectively.
