Your role will involve welcoming guests, managing their details, distributing keys and room assignments, and addressing any general inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all hotel guest accounts.

  • Handle incoming calls, online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Address customer complaints as needed.
  • Welcome, check-in, and check out guests upon their arrival and departure, distribute keys and room assignments, and securely record payment information.

Qualifications

  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Possesses prior experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations.
