Job Status: Part-Time Hourly | FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dependable and committed role model for youth across various settings, including community, educational, and home environments.
  • Develop, organize, and implement advocacy services tailored to the needs of assigned participants and their families.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach and the wrap-around model to create effective service plans.

Compensation: This position offers flexible working hours, competitive weekly pay, and reimbursement for activities.

Hourly Rate: $16.50

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community engagement and familiarity with local resources is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage are necessary.
