Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct interaction and teaching to youth, promoting positive relationships and helping them develop and meet realistic short and long-term goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, coordinating activities to support individual youth goals.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and support the implementation of team goals and decisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience working with youth, or a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 6 months of experience working with youth.
  • Must be a person of good moral character, possessing the health, emotional stability, maturity, and strength to carry out assigned duties.
  • Display a positive attitude with youth and co-workers, and model a high level of professional standards in your own work.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 16-32 hours weekly. The position does not come with medical insurance, but you will receive paid time off accrual for hours worked. The position requires a pre-employment drug test and a TB skin test.

Travel may include transporting youth to appointments, home visits, and/or other off-campus activities.
