Key Responsibilities
  • Generate daily reports for the Operations team to track performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor attendance and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurately maintained in the personnel system.
  • Assist leadership in creating schedules and effectively distributing daily tasks among team members.
  • Validate and oversee job workflows on a daily basis to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of team member certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Process and submit weekly payroll in a timely manner.
  • Manage invoicing for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Address any billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoicing procedures and validate customer contracts to maintain integrity.
  • Communicate and monitor vehicle inspections, periodic maintenance, and other maintenance needs to facility leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive equipment and asset information within the system.
  • Create purchase orders for rentals and vendor services as needed.
  • Order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other essential supplies for the facility.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and calls, both digital and in-person.
  • Oversee safety reporting submissions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
