Job Title: Global Procurement Sr. Manager, Energy

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned procurement professional with expertise in energy sourcing, supplier relationship management, and category management. You'll work closely with our sustainability organization to deliver successful alternative energy projects and lead our energy procurement organization to achieve our energy goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic management of the global energy procurement category, including sourcing management and supplier relationship management.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and execute business requirements.
  • Engagement with industry bodies to maintain and influence best practice.
  • Delivery of alternative energy projects through the sourcing of PPAs/vPPAs and EAAS.
  • Leadership of the Energy Procurement organization, accountable for achieving energy goals and objectives.
  • Building category-specific competence and a global Energy Procurement community.

Requirements
  • Experience managing alternative energy projects and energy category procurement, including PPAs and vPPAs.
  • World-class supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of procurement or related business experience.
  • Proven track record of talent building within a global environment and building and leading high-performing and diverse teams.
