The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities across all departments, ensuring compliance with the company's Procurement Policy, and developing and executing the company's procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities with all departments

  • Manage procurement activities, including support of transmission and generation assets, IT, accounting services, and financial services

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a procurement management role in electric utility, oil and gas, or renewable energy
  • Bachelor's degree required / Master's/MBA preferred in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., use of KPIs)
  • Familiarity with NERC or FERC standards
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to develop and implement mechanisms, processes, and procedures required to implement and monitor procurement strategies
  • Experience negotiating contracts with a proven track record of successfully negotiating with suppliers and contractors
