We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Harmony Recovery Center. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical services, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling. You will also provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns, and work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure the success of our programs.
Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee all aspects of the clinical department
- Conduct group supervision and individual supervision
- Communicate staff challenges to the Clinical Director
- Recommend plans for improvement for clinical team members
- Assist with hiring new clinical team members
- Initiate, implement, and monitor compliance with evidence-based practices
- Work with other members of the management team to ensure successful communication and coordination between departments
- Provide clinical training to clinical services staff and interns
- Lead daily staff briefing meetings
- Conduct therapeutic services as needed
- Accountable for reviewing and auditing clinical paperwork
- Implement and follow through on Departmental Standard Operating Procedures
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- Current licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC
- 2+ years of progressively responsible mental health and substance use program management experience and staff supervision
- Experience in the field of chemical dependency/substance use/psychiatric setting or human services field
- Strong management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs
The work environment is fast-paced and high-stress, with stringent monthly deadlines and quotas. The noise level is moderate.
