Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Administrator to join our team at the University of Missouri-Columbia. As an Application Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical systems, including PACS, Radnet, and Nuance Powerscribe. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports to fulfill departmental clinical and business reporting needs
  • Provide technical support for Radiology clinical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Configure software applications to accommodate Radiology workflows and other clinical and administrative needs
  • Perform data verification to ensure data integrity of clinical systems
  • Develop and implement project plans, quality assurance plans, and implementation schedules for requested application configurations
  • Train users on the operation of new, modified, and existing applications
  • Perform system troubleshooting and follow standard procedures for problem resolution
  • Prioritize project and operational work based on severity and urgency
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 2+ years of work experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
