Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and coordinate total nursing care for patients in our Acute Care/Surgical setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family teaching to promote health and wellness
- Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- BSN Degree preferred
- Current Washington State RN License required
- Current AHA BLS required
- ACLS within 6 months required
- Maintains FIM documentation requirements necessary for facility certification
- Orthopedic Nurse Certification (ONC) (Ortho unit) or Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) (Med/Surg unit) preferred
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
- Competitive salary range: $34.13-$63.39
- Sign on bonus: $10,000 for new graduates, $15,000 for 1-3 years of experience, $25,000 for 3+ years of experience
