Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in the office setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients of all ages and populations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Perform duties as assigned by clinical support staff, adhering to regulatory requirements, clinical policies, and procedures.
- Assist physicians and team members with patient care, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training and/or experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- BLS certification and ability to work under pressure, adapting to medical situations as needed.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to eight hours/day, bend, stoop, twist, and assist patients with mobility needs.
