Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Director, Market Access Marketing to lead our payer and reimbursement marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive market access plan to ensure Pacira's products are well-positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market access strategy to drive payer and reimbursement decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop HEOR messaging and materials
  • Build and manage campaigns to communicate favorable reimbursement status
  • Establish metrics to track progress and identify areas for growth
  • Develop innovative tools to enhance customer engagement and product access
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing for hospital pharmaceutical or medical device
  • Minimum 5 years of in-line brand management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing
  • Significant experience in senior management roles, preferably in a Senior Market Access and Value Leadership position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Substantial product launch market access experience
  • Proven track record of identifying product advantages and market requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to scenario plan
  • Organizational savvy and ability to navigate complex business structures
What We Offer

Pacira offers a competitive salary range of $209,500 to $288,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account, and health savings account with company match.
