Sales Representative

At Hoffman Hydronics, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for managing collective accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on current market pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collective accounts and provide timely and effective customer service
- Stay updated on current market pricing and report/share with Outside Sales and Management
- Develop technical depth and understanding of company products and application knowledge
- Process and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM (Netsuite)
- Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs to bid
- Maintain project schedules in quote/project management system ensuring timely project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 2 or more years' experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)
- Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment
- Moderate lifting may be required to move equipment, files, and supplies
- Minimal travel may be required at times
