About the Role

Texas Health Care PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented Anatomic Pathology Specialist to process biological specimens and support our laboratory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, access, and process tissue and cytology specimens according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including gross descriptions of tissue specimens and routine cleaning and maintenance of automated cytology staining equipment.
  • Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet turn-around-time goals.
Requirements
  • Qualification to perform high-complexity testing under current CLIA-88 regulations.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology sciences.
  • Ability to work 3 pm to 11 pm Monday through Friday.
