Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement comprehensive Acumatica ERP projects, working closely with senior client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to uncover opportunities for process improvement and customize Acumatica features to fulfill their specific objectives.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while delivering clear project goals, insights, and recommendations.
  • Encourage a cooperative atmosphere by partnering with fellow consultants to devise innovative solutions and ensure impeccable execution that exceeds client expectations.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, effectively converting client needs into actionable customizations.
  • Guarantee data accuracy through thorough client data cleansing and migration. Maintain detailed documentation for seamless project progression.
  • Empower your team by providing training on various implementation aspects, strategically delegating tasks based on expertise.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in a specific area of Acumatica, leveraging either in-depth product knowledge or industry-specific insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Acumatica, its role in business frameworks, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Acumatica Consultant.
  • Proven success in leading and completing Acumatica ERP implementations.
  • Experience in sectors such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Project Accounting is a notable advantage.
  • Possession of at least one Acumatica Badge is highly valued.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical and effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and a history of successful collaboration in intricate environments.
  • Experience and understanding of:
    • Business Financials and Accounting (Required)
    • Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning (Highly Preferred)
    • Project Management and Documentation
    • Order Processing
    • Inventory Management
    • CRM
    • Data Analysis
