Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments for newly enrolled clients and follow-up assessments and clinical screenings in alignment with program protocols.
  • Ensure that client eligibility documentation is on file.
  • Manage a caseload of clients for routine check-ins, clinical case management, counseling and behavioral health treatment navigation.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work with the expectation that LMSW licensure is secured within 1 year of hire.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder and/or homeless populations.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
