Job Summary:

  • Establish rapport with other departments to promote a team atmosphere in all operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years managing a CRM environment at an enterprise level, or 3 years with 60+ earned credits in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of best practice implementation for securing application users
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and database design principles
  • Experience with Salesforce data models, automation tools, form creation, and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous requests
  • A commitment to continuous professional growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, CIS, or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and other integration technologies
  • Knowledge of Student Information Systems such as Ellucian Banner software
  • Experience in a higher education environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce/TargetX as a Manager, Administrator, Trainer, or similar

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
