Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our Automation and Integration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in CAISO metering and inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead technical activities during the proposal, design, construction, and commissioning stages of metering/CAISO projects.
  • Provide project oversight, including managing technical scope, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of several disciplines and project management groups on a project of significant scope or a combination of large projects.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and responsiveness to meet internal and external client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in the electrical engineering metering field, preferably with PE registration.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
