Audi Sales Consultant Job Description

This includes assisting clients with vehicle purchases, exploring protection options, and overseeing document signing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our daily client follow-up system to ensure seamless communication.
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers, showcasing our products in the best light.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and texting in a professional manner.
  • Generate sales appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Handle incoming phone leads and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a positive experience.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.

  • Team player attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • At least one previous role in the customer service industry.
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
  • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance automotive sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
