Job Summary:

The Sales Representative serves as the face of Arizona Department of Economic Security in retail environments, engaging prospective new customers, making a strong positive impression, and securing sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display a positive, upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Proactively interact with prospective customers and engage them in conversation.
  • Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment and/or water heaters.
  • Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Arizona Department of Economic Security's products and services.
  • Travel to retail outlet and perform work independently and with little to no supervision.
  • Accurately and timely process leads into the leads capture application.
  • Communicate with manager daily regarding leads generated.
  • Maintain table/booth with information regarding Company products and services.
  • Observe all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Treat all customers as a priority.
  • Attend all training programs as required.

Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
