About the Role

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the safety of individuals and staff in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct security screenings and inventory property of individuals upon admission.
  • Provide orientation to the Observation Unit and Short-term Inpatient Unit, educating individuals on their rights and expectations.
  • Maintain unit safety by intervening with escalated individuals using therapeutic techniques for de-escalation.
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
  • Document individual's vitals, report questionable results, and conduct BAL, urine drug screens, and urine pregnancy tests.
Requirements:
  • AZ Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of behavioral health experience
  • Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
