Surgical Care Specialist

As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to adult patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases or are recovering from surgery. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives and are committed to providing exceptional care.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling large patient loads, juggling multiple patient populations, and adapting to the ever-changing face of nursing care. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a valid state license
- Experience in Med Surg nursing with a focus on surgical care
- Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- ACLS certification preferred
