Key initiatives include the design and development of optical systems, communication technologies, and various radar systems such as wideband, airborne, over-the-horizon, and bistatic radars. Our technological advancements encompass phased array systems, sophisticated waveforms, adaptive signal processing, and specialized detection and tracking algorithms. The nature of our work often involves creating unique operational and experimental test assets to facilitate extensive field testing and data acquisition for validating new concepts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled radar systems engineers to engage in wideband radar system analysis and design, along with signal and data processing, radar calibration, testing, and data evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design state-of-the-art radar systems.
  • Develop, implement, and assess advanced radar signal and data processing algorithms.
  • Create comprehensive test plans to evaluate radar systems and/or subsystems, conduct tests, analyze results, and assess performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with air and missile defense radar systems, including design, development, and testing.
  • Extensive background in RF systems, statistical signal processing, and moving target detection and tracking.
  • Experience in statistical signal processing of radar phased array data, including adaptive beamforming, channel equalization, and radar waveform design.

Interview Process:

The selection process begins with an initial pre-screening with the hiring manager. Candidates who progress will participate in subsequent interviews with Group Leaders and Technical Staff.

This position is structured as a three-year contract with the potential for extension upon completion. Competitive compensation is offered.

This role necessitates onsite presence three days a week.
