Job Title: Radar Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radar Systems Engineer to join our team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. As a member of our Advanced Sensors and Techniques Group, you will be responsible for designing and building the next generation of advanced radar systems for space surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced radar systems for space surveillance
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams to prototype and demonstrate innovative concepts
  • Develop and operate RF systems and signal processing techniques
  • Solve complex engineering challenges and implement solutions in a rapid prototyping environment
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge technology in support of National Security
Requirements:
  • M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Aeronautical Engineering, or other relevant technical field
  • Experience developing, testing, or operating RF systems
  • Understanding of RF transmit, receive, and/or signal processing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to solve broad technical problems and complex engineering challenges
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and develop strong working relationships
