Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid California State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

You will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and attending meetings to provide reports on student progress.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The estimated salary range is based on the location and industry standards. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and additional benefits.
