Job Description

As a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist at Enhance Therapies, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in various settings, including homecare, sub-acute, long-term care, outpatient, hospital, and assisted living facilities.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and compassion will make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients, and we invite you to join our team and share in our mission to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to patients, including speech therapy techniques and modalities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
