We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team as a Speech and Language Therapist in Beaumont, California. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose these issues, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Job Summary
  • This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview process.
  • You will work on-site during the 2024-2025 school year, contributing to a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a valid California State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on your findings.
  3. Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student support.
  5. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  6. Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
