Job Title: Supervisor

Duration: DIRECT HIRE

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to manage daily production and lead a team of employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure quality of service provided.
  • Handle human resources matters related to the department.
  • Train new employees and implement protocols as needed.
  • Perform managerial responsibilities in the absence of management.
  • Review reports, invoices, logs, and expenses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Call Center Supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HIPAA knowledge preferred.
  • Proven record of coaching and managing a team of 6+ employees.
  • Excellent stability with no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years.
