Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our residential services team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing the professional development of staff, communicating effectively to energize the workforce, and promoting retention and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, conduct, and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and techniques.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs.
  • Design behavior support plans and ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented.
  • Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Conduct training and consultation for residential programs.
  • Provide supervision for staff seeking board certification/licensure in behavior analysis or registered behavior technician certification.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Doctorate preferred in a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
  • License in Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • 2 Years relevant experience in a related field.
