This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
Your Role:
The Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in overseeing new client accounts and collaborating closely with them to implement additional cost-saving initiatives. You will play a crucial role in a team-oriented environment, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to manage accounts alongside the Sales team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and delivering exceptional support as their primary contact.
- Conduct regular meetings and calls to keep clients informed about updates, concerns, and opportunities.
- Act as the client's advocate within Buyers Edge Platform.
- Maintain organization for both the internal team and client needs.
- Proactively identify customer requirements and potential challenges, providing recommendations and facilitating resolutions.
- Spot opportunities for upselling, including produce programs and supply chain consulting services.
- Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our systems.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to nurture and sustain client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients on an ongoing basis.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed about client developments.
- Organize and lead business reviews, client calls, and meetings.
- Track follow-ups from client meetings and maintain up-to-date internal systems and databases.
- Promote new programs and services to clients.
- Provide regular updates on project status.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments.
- Gather, organize, and distribute relevant data.
- Understand and navigate the interactions between Buyers Edge Platform and its brand partners.
- Analyze client data and collaborate with the Client Operations team to drive additional revenue through direct manufacturer programs.
- Be prepared to travel for face-to-face client meetings.
- Adhere to internal processes established by Buyers Edge Platform to ensure client projects remain on track.
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and well-organized.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
