Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through order management, problem-solving, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including but not limited to, order status updates, issue escalations, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process, and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding potential service issues or delays.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as SAP SD, EDI, and MS Office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in customer service and consumer products industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of computers, including SAP SD and EDI, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
