About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Women's Health Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit during the designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting and 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings options.
