About the Role

Databricks is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our SaaS product, driving growth and customer adoption. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality products, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and requirements, driving product innovation and improvement.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and inform future development.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and execute product launches.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the enterprise or SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive product innovation.
  • Experience with product-led growth, anti-abuse efforts, or fast-growing SaaS or consumer products is a plus.
