Sales Account Manager

ITW Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing strategic ITW Automotive products with international customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial and sales activity related to growing business with responsible customer(s)
- Build relationships with decision makers at JOEM's and related tiers
- Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers responsible for individual programs and day-to-day communication with our customers
- Ensure products and designs meet quality, performance, and cost expectations
- Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework while overseeing project management
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Quality on production process development and validation
- Develop product sales forecasts and financial performance
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of experience in program management applying APQP principles
- Sales experience with automotive JOEMs and proven track record of product knowledge
- Knowledge in plastic processing and product design, preferably in the automotive industry
