Position Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

This role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care through the execution of diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures. The technologist will utilize appropriate techniques, adhere to established protocols, follow physician directives, and comply with age-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of contrast media, injector systems, angiographic equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and quality assurance protocols in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in radiographic procedures related to surgical or invasive imaging, or possess sufficient experience to qualify for ARRT advanced certification in Interventional Radiography.
  • Possession of a current Texas Department of State Health Services License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology is mandatory.
